I am not as impressed as I once was. I understand that our carpet in the main floor is just to worn and over the years has a lot of dirt buried in that just keeps coming up. I had 2 spots on my carpet that he cleaned that should have come out but were still there somewhat when they dried. The carpet in 512 was brand new 3 years ago. There were marks from where a living room chair sat that did not come up. actually the only 2 soiled areas in the whole carpet did not come out. I know that when we first starting using your service a few times, we were impressed with how clean carpets seem to be.

My carpets look so great, almost like new again. My one disappointment this time - I received a card that said 3 rooms cleaned starting at $129.00. I don't remember if I gave the promo code VIP20 when I called or thought I should give it to the service rep & then couldn't find the card when he was here. I was charged $.176.34 for 1 small bedroom, a short hall & 7 steps. I really didn't expect that! I have recommended your service to several friends & hope this is not a huge price increase.

Re products: The products are non-toxic, leave no dirt-attracting residue, and the
carpet dries extremely fast.
Re service: before carpet cleaning, a walk-thru was done to discuss customer concerns and
total charge of service was presented. The tech-team was very professional and stated the
service provided was guaranteed to please the customer.
The tile and grout cleaning & sealing in the 3 bathrooms ended up with a like-new
appearance. A job well done!

Did a great job! Clean as a whistle. Even fixed my drier vent that had come loose. Took a camera down the vents and could see everything in the ducts. Found a pineapple in my kitchen vent from previous owners. I've already recomended Sero Rez to my coworkers. Thinks!
