Capet looks wonderful and service is great!
Derek was very open and honest and did an excellent job. He even called cause there were a couple f appointments that cancelled to see if I wanted him to arrive early. There services cost a few extra dollars, compared to who I used last year, but was totally worth it and will probably continue to use their services.
This is the second time I have used Zerorez. I am very happy with the product and service of the of the person who cleaned my carpet. He was very polite and very informative with everything he was doing. Everything looked great when he was done and he walked with me through the house and even checked my vents and furnace. He explained that the company would clean the vents and the furnace and there is even a carpet replacement unit now that will come into the home.

I always call Zerorez to clean my carpet. And again they did a great job.
The first time they came out, I was very disappointed. There were many spots that didn't come out and the carpet was really wet. I called them to let them know. They were very accommodating. They sent a different person to come out and redo it. This time, the spots came out. He redid the living room. The carpet was just damp. Nothing like the previous time! Maybe the first guy was inexperienced. After the carpet was redone, it looks great!
It was fast, the workers were fantastic. It was a bit more expensive.

It's the complete package! Easy to schedule, great follow-up, good prices, courteous and considerate during the cleaning process, great results, and wonderful employees. We just had Matt clean our air ducts and he couldn't have been more thorough and considerate.

The carpets come out so clean and smell fresh. There is not a chemical cleaning smell. In addition the carpets dry fast. The cost is very affordable.

I wasn't sure what to expect. We had James here. He was very professional and asked if we had questions and then had us check his work to make sure we were happy. Some of our carpet is pretty old and was happy how it cleaned. I liked that it was dry the next day and we could put our furniture back so quickly.
