The service has been fantastic every time I use Zerorez, if it's the technician onsite or the customer service reps on the phone. Also, I love that the chemicals used are not hazardous, and I don't have to keep my pets locked up for x hours because of exposure worries.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was very pleasant and kind. He represents your company very well and showed sympathy to the fact my dog just passed during the time when he was supposed to arrive at our house. He wanted 20 minutes for me to return from the vet. Very kind of him.
