Great customer service and friendly employees.
It had been a few years since we had our carpet cleaned. During that time there were dog accidents, dirty shoes, hockey bags dragged up and down the steps and a knee scooter that was in and out of the house off and on for 3 years, so a lot of dirty stuff came into our carpets. I wasn’t sure how clean toud get a few spots...I was amazed it came out better than I expected! We also had our slate tile and grout cleaned, same thing, you can tell it’s a light gray grout vs a dark gray or dark dirty brown grout! LOL Now if only I can keep my family IN THE HABIT of taking their shoes off when coming home or “running upstairs quick” will be the test! Thank you to the two guys that came out, Jeff & Joe I believe, they were great! Kept me informed on what was going on & showed me dirty vs clean carpet when I was nearby. HUGE DIFFERENCE! Very professional guys!

great customer services and explanation
Greg was our technician and provided excellent service. He was prompt, courteous and didn't try to pressure us with extras. He politely told us what our options could be and let us make the decision. After deciding on the cleaning option, he began immediately and was done in a reasonable amount of time for the areas he cleaned. I have used Zerorez in the past and will continue to use.
The furniture and carpet are now cleaner then I expected. The young technician explained things so well and did a great job (many thanks) and was all smiles. Great job folks!!!!!!
