Matt did a very good job at our church. There are 3 coffee stains that remain in one area. He said they may not come out and he was right. Do not know if a follow-up visit to try again would work on them this time either. What has your experience been regarding something like this???

The person who performed that cleaned our carpets was professional and knowledgeable. Our carpets are 5 years old and, although the fibers in it are older, he made it look close to new.

Friendly knowledgeable tech, Peter, who said he'd been with Zerorez 4 years, checked our situation and knew what was needed and it was the same as what we wanted. No high pressure to add other services. Gladly gave estimates for other services we asked about but didn't try to pressure us to get them now, but just call in the future when we are ready. Peter got right to work and finished our carpet cleaning in a short time. The carpet looks and feels clean and refreshed. It's still soft feeling as it was when new.
