Thank you for the excellent service yesterday. Alex shampooed the carpet in our son and daughter in laws home. They closed on the house the day before and we had the carpets cleaned before bringing in the furniture, etc. Alex called before he got there, was super friendly, listened to our concerns. Every time I call Zerorez for a job, not only is everything done beautifully, efficiently, professionally, and expertly -- I also come away learning something new about how to protect my flooring investment/how to prevent further damage. Every. Single. Time. This last time, I had Derek come out to give a quote on two area rugs. I learned about how to tell what type of material it is, and how to protect it. I have every confidence in Zerorez -- what do I like about your products and services? I like that I can trust whoever comes out. I also like that I called to find out a better estimate of arrival (I was given a 3-6 pm window), and the rep who took my call -- Alexa -- walked over to dispatch, and was able to find out approximately when Derek would arrive. Their estimate was 3 minutes off from when he actually did arrive. I was very impressed. So -- quality products and services, trustworthiness, professionalism, and CARING ATTITUDES. Your people CARE.
