I was very pleased with our carpet cleaning by Zerorez!
Shawn was our Cleaning Tech. He called about 15 minutes prior to arrival at our home. We talked about the carpets that were scheduled to be cleaned and he got started! He was very polite used booties, a runner and doorway rounder for the hose! I've had Zerorez clean our carpets and even our air ducts on previous visits. I give Zerorez 5 Stars!

This team did the best job yet. They made sure my carpet was extra dry so wiking did not occur and leave large spots that came up out of the pad like last time

I also had them clean an arm chair and it looks like new. She pointed out a couple of small spots that did not come out.

I like the fact that you do not use chemicals in your cleaning process. I have had issues with a dog in the past getting sick after I had my carpets cleaned with a different company. I switched to Zerorez & my dog no longer became ill.

All natural products, good service, cleans very well on upholstery and rugs. Dillion was fabulous and cleaned the rugs and upholstery so that they look amazing!!! He was professional, courteous and very personable!
