This is the second (2nd) time we have had Zerorez clean our furniture. The employees know their stuff and are friendly and work efficiently. We are a "clean" household and have no toxins in our house, so Zerorez is the way to go!

The thoroughness of the cleaning process. The technician efficiently cleaned a heavily soiled area and restored it to a very good condition. I also appreciated that he explained the steps as they were completed. And there was no residue left behind. He was also on time and completed the task in the expected time frame.
