John showed up and put on booties to protect my floors, a front door barrier to prevent all the hot air escaping, pre-treatment, quick in and out and my floors look great!

I have grandkids and pets on my carpets. Always clean and safe of any harmful chemicals. Knowledgeable efficient personnel. A plus in carpet cleaning!

2 weeks ago, I had my carpets cleaned by a Zerorez tech. I was not satisfied with the results. There were stains on the carpet, and the carpet was "crunchy", even after vacuuming.
I filled out the survey, reflecting my dissatisfaction. I was called promptly and was offered a "re-clean" by a senior tech. He was very friendly and did a great job. I am 100% satisfied and will use Zerorez again.
