Les and Tom arrived as scheduled, after providing a nice reminder courtesy call. They provided neat and efficient service and our carpets looked great when they left. They seemed very knowledgeable and customer-service oriented. This is the third time we’ve used Zerorez with positive results. We’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others!

Truly amazed. Moved into a new-to-me home with some old carpet and thought the previous owners cleaned it about as good as it was going to get — felt a little guilty getting it cleaned, actually.
But, wow, it was like a new place after Ryan from Zerorez was done. Things I didn't even know were stains were gone! And the smell — I thought the house had a very subtle smell before the cleaning, but once it was gone, I realized how offensive it was.
