They were very clean and the carpets look great! Even son long time spots came out! The service man was very personable. He was very professional and knew his products. One of the carpets was wool and he treated that differently. I had him add a protectant in high traffic areas we’ll see how that works over the summer months. Great job!! Highly recommend!

I loved that it smelled fresh, but you did not have the soapy residue afterwards. I was able to walk on the carpet immediately, and it was just a bit damp, which is completely doable for 1 day.

Went with Zerorez because Ryan and Crisco on KS95 talk about how amazing your at cleaning
dog (pet) accidents. We have a puppy who has now been popped trained and thought this would be perfect time to get carpet clean. Feel there are a few spots we can see while others are completely gone. For as much as we spent I was excepting all dog stains could be removed
