Everyone who visited our house thought we had gotten new carpet even though it is 16 and 11 years old. The service provider did an outstanding job. I could not be happier. I love Zerorez. But this time I am not impressed, but disappointed. We had urine stains, and this time, after he cleaned, it smells so strong!! We always pretreat spills and dog accidents with our Zerorez spray. And never had smells. And he killed a spot on our grass with chemicals. The hubby is super mad.
