Neal was very pleasant and professional. He listened to my concerns about high traffic areas and pet stains. Neal pretreated all of those areas and then did an excellent job of cleaning all of the rooms as well as the stairs! We appreciate that the Zerorez process contains no harsh chemicals and is child and pet friendly.

He arrived promptly, got right to work, asked me a couple of clarifying questions as he worked and requested that I look over everything when he was finished to make sure that it was satisfactory and to make sure there was nothing else he could do.
