It's not just the products (safe for our pups and clean in our home) it's the service. These people know their stuff front to back and not one time have tried to push something we don't want or need. Quiet the opposite...they are honest about what would work and what won't, what will need more help (did I mention we have pups?) and won't. They are courteous and informative and incredibly professional. If I am correct we are going on our 10th year with them at least once a year, usually twice (yep, pups...) and honored to have them take good care of our home.

Travis our tech was a zerorez guru!!!!!! He was so ridiculously helpful and efficient! He showed me and my husband how disgustingly gross it looked behind our kitchen air exchange grate ( 15 years of built up dust). Travis took the screws off of our kitchen air exchange grate per my request and showed us how the zerorez magic happens to make all that gray crud disappear to the zerorez vacuum cleaner in our basement.
