No harsh chemicals used - instead it is a fresh clean smell and the carpet feels soft with no residue remaining on the cleaned surfaces. The technician was on time and was careful around my furniture. He also demonstrated professionalism in his knowledge of the process . I have used this company in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I am very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning. I want to say that the service person was extremely professional while being very polite and personable. He performed his services in a very timely manner, seeing that all precautions were taken to avoid any damage to furniture, etc., and to keep the cold air out on a very cold day! Many thanks.

Ryan came to my house to clean some spots that were left by CenterPoint Energy when they came to repair my fireplace. I had just had my whole house carpeting cleaned by Zerorez a couple months. Ryan did such a great job. He cleaned the spots and also the walk area because he had to drag the hoses across that area and he didn't want to leave anything that was soiled. My carpeting looks better than it did before CenterPoint got it dirty. From now on I will request Ryan to clean my carpeting when I need to have it done. I usually have my carpeting cleaned once a year, and he's my man!!! Thank you for Ryan!

What do you like about our products and services?

We have had zerorez clean our carpets many time and they have never disappointed! Very helpful staff and easy to book an appt. They showed up on time and were friendly. The quote they gave on the phone was right on. They cleaned our whole house in about 2hrs and the carpets look like new! Clean, fresh smell and the carpets feel soft and clean afterwards. No crunchy carpets! Carpets were dry in about 8hrs just as they’d said they’d be! We will definitely use zerorez again and recommend them to others. Thank you
