The carpet looked great, it feels clean. The tech. was able to get out a few stains in the carpet. The tech Caleb was very professional. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

I like the results of a carpet cleaned by ZeroRez - it is clean, and soft feeling. When the cleaning is done it doesn't seem to be too very wet, dries fairly quickly.
The service was great. Nathan was very informative, answered our questions, was very careful with our furniture, and very professional.

However, the tech that came to do the work, although friendly, did not look very professional.
He smelled of cigarette smoke and sweat.
