We have used zO services several times in our homes. It has always been good. Once we had the ducts cleaned in our Condo. Imagine, when we got a "cat doll" that found its way in the system. HA!

I was so impressed with Zerorez...called in the morning with a desperate need, and they were out that same afternoon. Their quote was right on once the job was assessed by their timely, personable and highly competent technician Jerome. He did an exceptional job, and a few days later I am still very pleased with the results. He bent over backwards to take of our challenging job.

Thank you Zerorez....you are the only carpet cleaner I will use for our home.
