the product does an excellent job of cleaning. The service has always been very good and the time commitments met. The techs are always willing to help move something and are carefully when cleaning up after the job.

Your technician was prompt, courteous and helpful. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to treat some difficult areas...they turned our beautifully!! He did a great job at reviving our carpets...they look so very nice!!

I liked all of the options with level one and two to get smells and stains gone. Our technician worked hard and explained the work he would do beforehand, and after. My carpet and couch look great and smell soo good.
