Daryl does a great job - I was thrilled that he was able to get a difficult stain out of our carpet by offering the heat treatment. If he hadn’t been successful we wouldve needed to replace the carpet.

Glen was great. He asked questions and explained the entire process of what he would be doing. I had a coffee spill but did not know if it was de caffeinated. He wasn't sure if he could get it out completely. It did bleed through My problem areas look great. Very happy with results. Name removed

What do you like about our products and services?

I’m not quite sure the product is superior to others after having it done a couple of times but the person on the phone was pleasant but really the young man who came to my house was excellent! He was pleasant, polite, explained the product but was pushy. I have a dog and she took to him right away when bent down and pet her. I’m very happy with my carpet but my recommendations would be more for the technician who performed the service.
