Timely, courteous, easy to schedule, professional and didn't try to pressure us into buying more services while on site. All information was given about what may or may not clean up as far as some stains. Love that not all furniture has to be moved and tech cleaned around those pieces. And then there was Derek who came to clean my vents and furnace! Very educated and honesty was appreciated. Two hard workers who deserve A plus from me...or higher!! :-)

Service was FANTASTIC!! Mason was our technician, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Price was explained very well by him, we had some pet staining and needed a little extra cleaning. I liked the slippers on the boots, rugs to lay down and how you block the doors to keep the air in. All little touches that were noticed and greatly appreciated. Our carpet looks great and I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who asks! Thank you Mason for making our first experience such a good one.
