Price service got there on time good workmanship friendly staff

The service was what I expected. The person was nice and courteous. He had pride with his work. He was a little disappointed when he couldn't get the 10+ year old carpet perfectly clean. I blame the carpet.

The service person, I think his name was Steve, was very good and professional. He explained the procedure in great detail.
When he was done, he asked if there was anything we would like him to do over. Unfortunately, he had already put his equipment back in the truck so I felt I really couldn't ask him to haul it out again. There was one area, where the carpeting meets the hard wood floor. I would have liked him to touch that up edging up.
Overall though, our carpeting looks great.
