My carpets nap is standing up and it looks beautiful. Went with Stanley steamer and I would NOT recommend them again. Zeroed did a great job the gentleman was quick and would recommend them 110 %.
Will call again when I need them again.
Try them you won't be sorry. And they back up their work.
