Setting up the appointment was easy and they were able to accommodate us sooner than anticipated. Dominique was fantastic! He was kind, professional, and thorough. This is our fourth year using Zerorez and he is the best technician we have had! Not sure if this is new, but he put styrofoam blocks under some of our furniture and used a covering over the front door. Never had that before. Awesome! Can we request technicians by name next year? Immensely happy customers!

I love your service! The technician was so helpful and courteous, and willing to go the extra mile! I also appreciate that you don't leave the carpets soaking wet like other companies do. Ours was dry within 6 hours! We waited 24 hours to put the furniture back as advised, but it was very comfortable to walk on much earlier than that.

Just as advertised, the natural cleaning methods make the carpet seem fresh and clean. Love the citrus scent throughout the house as it dries.

Great job! Growing up, my mom used a “competitor”. A friend recommended ZEROREZ and I am so happy they did. Our tech was friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and gave us recommendations on what to do to keep the carpet cleaner. I would recommend you guys to all my friends and I have already recommended you to my mom.

Our technician was very professional. He did a good job explaining the process. When we were concerned that our traffic spots wouldn’t come clean, he told us about Zerorez carpet installation service, which we had never heard about. He got Nate to come out that day for a free estimate. Nate was also very professional. We planned to order new carpet and install; however, the next day our carpet (now dry) looked good as new!
