Communication was great! The first person to come in was for the vent cleaning. He was courteous and speedy. The next person to come into our home was the carpet person. He was knowledgeable and willing to explain procedures and costs openly. He knew all the service that the company offered including a new flooring division. Incredible service! Kevin, the Zerorez Technician, was as professional as they come. Organized, meticulously clean in setting up the equipment, efficient and pleasant to talk to. He described the available services, their benefits in clear terms and went about the business of making the carpets perfectly clean. His clean up was as precise as his set up and left things like he was never there, except for the clean and drying carpets.

Our Technician, Shane, was amazing! He was very conscientious, respectful and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each of them during and after the cleaning. We have 2 dogs and there were areas that had a horrible smell due to vomiting, urine and diahrea. Zerorez was able to remove the smell!!!! I didn’t think it was possible.
