Your air duct cleaning representative was very kind and considerate of my cats while he was getting the job done. I liked that he also explained to me the process and showed me the before and after photos. Very nice job.

Rosevelt was awesome to work with. He assessed my houses needs and then came up with a cleaning and protection solution. He was also very peticular with the work he was showing me dirt patterns that I had not noticed before. Those dirt patterns from foot traffic are now gone. If you call zerorez ask for Rosevelt!

The carpet is still drying. Quite wet this morning. We have 2 large dehumidifiers running. Hoping it will be dry enough tomorrow to put some furniture back in place. Carpet looks nice but will probably get you to come on Friday afternoon next time so it has time to dry over the weekend.

Dash was great; friendly and professional.
The carpet appeared to dry fairly quickly and although the mystery stain is still present, it's much less noticeable.

What I like most about your company is that you clean without chemicals! The person who cleaned my chairs last week did a wonderful job. He explained how your products work and showed me the difference in what they looked like before and after. I was very happy I hired your company to clean my furniture.
