Did a good job, but tech was on his phone alot. Like at least 6-8 times. Wasn’t impressed that the full tank was emptied on our lawn. We pay a lawn service for nice manicured lawn. I don’t think the owners would be too happy to hear about this.

Scheduling was easy. I had to change the appointment and that was easy. Good communication about arrival time from the tech, Alex. He even had a cancellation or was done with an appointment early and called to see if he could arrive earlier in the day (alas, I could not). I liked that it only took about an hour and a half to do the whole 5-bedroom house and the carpets came out looking great -- better than I'd expected! Alex was very professional, courteous and friendly. Very happy overall.

Timely & polite service people

The second time my carpets were cleaned by a team lead and he did a fantastic job unlike the other guy. He spent 2 1/2 hours compared to 1/2 hour! I really like my carpets now.

I've even been referred to Zerorez by competitors. I was impressed with the professionalism. I was sent an appointment reminder, called to notify of an estimated time within the window of my appointment, and they were awesome, quick, and thorough. I will definitely use again.

The carpet doesn’t seem as wet when the job is done as it does with other cleaning services. Carpet was very clean when they got done and after it dried completely the carpet was soft not crunchy.

You guys are great about reaching out and making sure that your cusp gets are happy with your service. I recently had you clean my carpets and a few spots didn’t come out as we had hoped. Your were happy to send Anthony back out to my house to touch up some areas of concern. He was super nice about it and apologetic and said he will do everything he can to get them looking better. Well I will tell you what. The carpet looks absolutely amazing and he did an exceptional job and didn’t make Me feel bad that I asked you guys to come back. He keep apologizing and saying don’t worry I’m going use all our magic to get this looking better for you. He was awesome and my carpets look great.
