The young man that we had was efficient and hardworking. We needed to call him back not because he was at fault, but because some of the carpet stains did not show up in the day time and after dark it was much more apparent. So he came back and did a wonderful job and we are very happy with almost all of the rug. Some of it is up for grabs but I don't think it is his fault ;
this carpet is 21 years old and although we have tried to keep it up with cleanings, some of the soil has become shadows and does not want to come up.
Over all, I would have zerorez back again. I love the idea that we do not have to worry about soap residue.

Worker listened to what and where to clean. He wore booties. Before leaving he asked if everything looked good was responsive when I asked him to go over a troublesome spot.

You review the cleaning with the home owner before you finish and go over any area that is not satisfactory . The worker that did our rooms was very good and I would recommend him to anyone and ask for him myself when I need more cleaning done.
