Service was FANTASTIC!! Mason was our technician, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Price was explained very well by him, we had some pet staining and needed a little extra cleaning. I liked the slippers on the boots, rugs to lay down and how you block the doors to keep the air in. All little touches that were noticed and greatly appreciated. Our carpet looks great and I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who asks! Thank you Mason for making our first experience such a good one.

Tat our rental unit the stains are out! Staff very friendly and helpful. They actually sniffed the carpet and tried to determine if stain was pet, and if had gone into the padding. I really appreciated the efforts. They were on time and efficient.
