Easy scheduling and good service.
We appreciate the friendliness and professional conduct of the service provider. He explained what he was going to do, was able to make an adjustment to the order and was NOT pushy about other services that could be purchased. Like the fact that there is not soap residue left in the carpet. Appreciated that he was able to get the stains out of the carpet from the last year of living in the spaces.
The appointment was made by phone. The technician called a few minutes prior to arrival and was polite, listened to my concerns and got to work. He was thorough and quickly completed the job.
(He opened no closets nor did he go under furniture. This surprised my as these areas were dry compared to the carpet that required time to dry upon completion. Perhaps I should have been specific about this. Luckily, the weather was terrific so opened windows and patio door resulted in dry carpet by morning.)

The gentleman that came was polite, efficient. He explained what could be done both pros and cons. Let me decide how much I wished to spend on the project. We checked out the work when he finished to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend their work.
Tom Peterson was the best worker I have ever had with Zerorez. A very hard worker. He is very concerned about what he is doing and the end product. If possible I would like to have him come back to tackle the next cleaning job we need in the furure.

We like the products....hard flooring and carpet. We enjoyed the workers who were on time, neat, very hard working, and pretty fast.
There were some nail holes not filled, and some filled, and a couple of small glitches in this good sized job, but overall I was delighted.
