Neil was an amazing technician - friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and did a great job on our carpets. My only disappointment was I was initially told I could have an early morning appt. which led me to believe I was the first job, and when I called about the 10 - 1 pm window, was told it would probably be closer to 10:00. Around 11:00 I called again, and was told it would be around noon. That was frustrating, but it all worked out.
The process was explained completely......outlining all my options.
The results were remarkable and I am 100% satisfied.

The carpet cleaner was very efficient and professional and the carpet looks wonderful.
I was able to schedule within a week at a time that worked best for us. The carpets looked great and the cost was very reasonable.
I also asked for an estimate for our business. Not only did the gentleman walk through our entire building making some recommendations, he offered to demonstrate the process on a tiled area and was able to restore it to it's original state after years of failed attempts by other companies and and products recommended by janitorial supply companies!

They do a fantastic job! The carpets cleaned are in very high traffic areas and have never looked cleaner. Thought we would have to replace them but they look great!
