Alex was wonderful. He arrived when he said he was going to. He explained all of the options that were available to us. He also explained whet we might expect when the carpet dried. It looks great and we really enjoyed talking with Alex. Super simple - Zeroz has a separate rug processing entrance. I dropped off my rug, needed it back in 10 days and they made that work. It's a big/heavy, thick shag rug so I was worried about how it would turn out and it turned out great! Looks so much better and the dog smell is gone. I thought it was a fair price as well. Thanks Zerorez!
