I have used Z before and I’ve been consistently pleased with the results and the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. I don’t publicly review anything on google or elsewhere, I purposefully stay off media of all types. That said you can use or post these comments independent of my name. Alex did a great job of balancing cost, practicality, my goals of what I wanted to get done, and achieving the best result overall. I love the deep clean of zerorez, and the absence of masking perfumes or smells. I’m really pleased with the result. I own my own carpet cleaner but the results of zerorez are worth the cost. It’s ok to post with my initials.

Jacob S. did an AMAZING! AWESOME! WONDERFUL job on our home! The carpets looked like they did when we moved in several years ago! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even spent more time on the high traffic areas to bring them back to life. I would highly recommend Jacob S. and Zerorez! This is our 3rd time using this company and ALL 3 times they the work was impeccable!

I have always looked for carpet cleaning that didn't use shampoos that retract the soil and years ago, there weren't many around. Happy that Zerorez does and am very satisfied with the results we got.

thank you for your service. Zerorez did an outstanding job on wool rugs that were cleaned by other companies in past and came back stinky(probably rolled up wet). Zerorez was able to get the smell out and reassured me that they take great care in keeping them in a controlled environment until they were completely clean and dry.
They took great care in inspecting before and after cleaning. They also gave me great recommendations for an under rug mat, which I purchased new with each of the 3 rugs purchased. These are guarenteed too...

The air ducts cleaning was great!

However, the tile and grout cleaning left lots of residue on the tile that I wasn’t happy about cleaning myself afterwards!

The gentleman cleaning the carpets was excellent; sociable and did a great job explaining what he was going to do. The carpets were very clean. Very pleased with service and results.
