I have used Zerorez for years and have always had a wonderful experience. The technician Marcus had to clean 6 rooms and a set of stairs that had not been cleaned for over 1.5 years. He was extremely professional, personable and very accommodating with my needs. I have an office that I had to use while he was there and he was patient while I finished my work.
Al the onsite technician was awesome! He was professional and asked multiple times if there was anything else he could for me. My carpet looks incredible and he was able to remove my two pet stains!
