Setting up the appoint online was very easy/intuitive.
My technician confirmed my appointment before he arrived, was on time and also friendly and professional.
The only concern I had is the amount of moisture remaining on the stairs after the cleaning.
The carpet was very wet, almost soggy. It took over 36 hours to fully dry.
I'm not sure that was good for the carpet nor the wood steps below.
