I like that I'm able to get all of my flooring needs in one place. Whether it's carpet cleaning, floor refinishing or carpet installation, Zerorez does it all. Nate, my contact for floor refinishing and carpet installation, is terrific! The wood floors look great and the new carpet is wonderful. Only issue was some amount of slight damage caused by each group of workers (hole in a bathroom wall by the floor refinishers/plumber and lots of wall marks/scrapes by the carpet installers while moving furniture - which was a big bummer since I'd just had the walls painted.) Overall, I'm happy with my experience and would recommend Zerorez to others.
