I had some carpet that had been through the wringer (several pets and many cleanings) and decided to try the Zerorez flooring division when I was ready to replace it with Laminate flooring. I thought the bid was thorough and easy to understand and received exactly what I was promised and then some!
The workspace was left as it was found and when I had concern with how my baseboards looked after being replaced much lower, leaving a crease in the wall, it was corrected promptly without charge.
I’m very happy with the service and new look!
