Larry did a great job on the recliner. The carpet looks really nice too. We wish we had the love seat cleaned.

You do what you say you will do; show up on time and do a suburb job of cleaning the carpets as requested. You technician was great. Did a great job. Understood what we wanted and do it.

I like the fact that there is no chemical residue. My husband has allergies and I have four cats and I like knowing that there is nothing in the carpet to hurt them. Plus I love the person (Larry) who comes out. He is so nice and friendly. I always look forward to seeing him.

Liked the original carpet cleaning very much, but wouldn't recommend for the tile. Residue left on tile and sticky feel so I had to clean it again. The grout looks splotchy. Serviceman nice but product not right.

They're environmentally friendly, pet-friendly and the service person, Dennis, was both personable and informative about the product itself and carpet cleaning generally.
The areas that were cleaned were great, however nothing was moved. I understand that large furniture can't be moved, but small items could have been slid.
