On time and polite and professional
I will be calling you on Monday. My stains aren't much better. Your employee worked well, and discovered two spots of cat urine in our family room. I spent an extra $65 to get a special extraction, and of course, I want a clean carpet. I now have the smell of cat urine, which I haven't had before. I also spent an extra $60 for carpet protection, and I'm now worried that we protected the stains.
I am very disappointed, as I've been your biggest fan for several years. Look up my history in your files.
