On time, no muss, no fuss, job well done
My carpets are soft and fresh but it took about 3 days for them to fully dry.
Looks great and fast service
Carpet always feel clean and soft.
I told Rudy to do his best. I understand our carpets are fairly old and there are stains. So I was prepared that the stains might come back rather quickly. But our carpets look like he wasn’t even there. There are stains and diary seemingly everywhere. I will not use Zerorez again. This was disappointing as we had had a good result the first time we used your company.
On time very efficent service did an excellent job
Rudy Rios came in a timely manner and did a wonderful job.
The tech is punctual, careful as he works in our home, the booties are important for us while the carpet is wet and cost is affordable.
Chris did a great job. He was kind, thoughtful and did a fabulous job. The difference in my carpets is amazing. They look fabulous and clean.

We are very pleased with Zerorez. This is the second time we’ve used them. There was no sticky residue on our carpet. They were on time, worked hard, protected our walls and floors and kept in contact through email and texts. We had our kitchen tile cleaned for the first time and they did a great job. It looks like new. The technician, Rudy, was polite and professional. He informed us of the whole process and worked hard and efficiently.

I Love Marcel!! I have used him since 2012 fir myself and my clients. I always know he is going to the best job anyone could ask for. He is courteous, knowledgeable and gets the job done right.
Your techs are always very pleasant and professional. Your products work on or 15 year old white carpet - it looks like new when you are through. We also used your services in Ohio last year. My mother in law passed away and we were getting her house ready to sell. She smoked daily in the house for 65 years. Zerorez came in and the carpet was like new and there was no smell. The real estate person was shocked and said she had never heard of zerorez but won't use any other company going forward.
