Ease of making a reservation

Horrible! Will not be returning! The rep was not friendly and was not responsive. He left a mess in my house. The hose knocked my walls and left black marks and dirty water all over my walls, floors and baseboards. I was so furious, I asked him to leave before he finished cleaning the tile in the kitchen. I called the main office to let them know and was informed that the manager would call be back and never did. I would like a complete refund as I paid someone to dirty my house and ruin my walls.

I have been using you folks for a very long time. Wouldn't think of using another carpet service. I had my house re carpeted last year and decided I should get it cleaned whether or not it needed it just to make sure it will last a long time like my past carpet. Your young men are very nice and professional and I am glad I had it taken care of this past Saturday. prices seem very high, especially for a 8X10 carpet. Extra protectant seems high $30 per romm. Don't remember a $36 water fee, especially if water is recycled

I was told that using your service, with your different water, would leave my carpets clean but not crunchy. I was pleased with the outcome regarding cleanliness but the process did leave the carpets crunchy. In addition, in my opinion, it took quite a while for the carpets to dry.
