I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends!! In fact, I already have one that is going to call for service. Not only were the carpets the cleanest they have been, but the Technician went to great lengths to clean up many stains and issues! Their Teck was prompt, professional, a great advisor when I asked questions, helped me understand future care with the dog stains I have and a hard worker. I was very very satisfied and will call Zerorez next time.

I am always satisfied with the service that I receive. I should schedule every year but the job is so good that I can wait several years between service (sorry to say)
This is not based on my current experience, which was very good, but on a previous experience, which you took care of, but which should not have happened in the first place.
Tech called 30 minutes before. He was on time. Helped me adjust job list. Cleaned very well....the cart dried on shorter time than before even though cloudy damp day.
The job was handled very professionally and the operator was friendly and continued to ask for our feedback so he could do a good job for us. The carpets look like new!!

Service was good and preformed earlier in day which was helpful. Was very pleased with service.
He asked what I wanted moved or not moved. He asked for my approval before leaving.
Carpet was left soaking wet. Area rugs have large water spots on the underside. Over 24 hours since process, and carpet is still wet (not just damp in several places).
Technician difficult to work with cut corners, and generally you could tell he was trying to be done quickly and not maximize the clean.
