The service technician, Maurice, did an excellent job and the rooms dried up quickly with their products.
Easy to schedule. Easy to work with. No harsh chemicals - everything was done thoroughly and professionally. I had carpet, rugs, tile, stairs and my couch cleaned. It looks great! Feels good to have it all clean again!
I recently had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. Francisco was the specialist who cleaned my carpets. He was on time, and thorough. He was careful not to leave a mess in my house and my carpets looked great. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to do a good job. This was the first time I’ve used a carpet cleaner and their prices seem fair.
We had our fabric tufted headboard and fabric barstool cleaned. Both look great! The service was easy and quick.

Free reclean translates to your Tech walking into my home, then saying, no that ZeroRez does not have a small enough tool head.

Friendly and got the job done
ZeroRez cleans my off white carpet really well. It is the best carpet cleaning service I have used. I love that it dries very quickly. Outstanding results, my carpet looks brand new and it is four years old and I have a dog too. The employees take care to put plastic under all of my wooden furniture that could not be moved.
The service person was on time and thorough in his cleaning of my rugs and couches.
Robert was great! Professional, informative and had an attention for detail.
My couch and chairs look good. I loved that there was not any odor left from the cleaning solution.

There were a few spots that didn’t get clean. But more then that it took almost 3 days to dry, which lead to us needing to stay one night in a hotel as well as run our ac non stop for two days. This resulted in extra monetary expenses that we were not expecting.
One of the rooms was not done correctly. Needs a once over.

We have used Zerorez for over 15 years, great product for carpets and tile. Also, the Technicians are always great. We had technician Maurice North clean our tile throughout the house and he did a great job. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing to complain about as everything turned out perfect.
