The smell of product used on carpets are clean and fresh and no bad chemical smell and really left my carpets looking amazing! Lastly, my service guy "Robert" was amazing and very knowledgable and great customer service!! :)
The spots are not as obvious but the carpets do not look clean. (Not as clean as last company)

My parents have used Zerorez for years. We just closed on a house and ZR was my first choice. The customer service is unbeatable and the final outcome of the cleaning is without comparison. I needed to shift my appointment time slightly and Zerorez accommodated that request and was very friendly about it.
