My carpets stay clean for a longer period of time
I have not seen the end results because I'm in Banning and the carpets were cleaned in Compton. I contacted the person and asked her what she thought, I was told that she is satisfied with the service. The carpets look good taking in account the age and how dirty the carpets was.I do recommend this company to any company that have a lot of foot traffic especially if you have young children.
Great experience from start to finish. Setting appointment was a breeze. Robert is THE BEST. Intelligent. Expert. High marks for customer service and ensuring our carpets look nearly brand new (we guessed they needed to be replaced, but he cleaned them so they are bright again). He patiently answered all of our many questions. He started and finished on time. Carpets look great. Robert really knows his craft. Will call again in a year or so and request Robert, again.

Your technicians are always prompt in arriving, knowledgeable about your products, clean and very professional. I like that the products are not chemicals because I have 4 grandchildren under the age of 4!
