I love the alkaline water cleaning and no residue. It's great the way it removed some stains in m carpet! The technician who did the cleaning was professional and friendly. He moved through my house quickly and efficiently. My kitchen and bathroom tiles came out so clean - the grout was whiter than I'd ever seen it! Also like that Zerorez uses plastic corner protectors and after the carpets were cleaned he placed plastic under the moveable wood chairs and other objects like floor lamps that had to be moved. The only negative was that a small piece of grout was removed from my floor tiles.

Like that there is no residue left on my carpets. Other companies leave soapy residue that attracts more dirt. Also, no strong perfume smell. Sal Alvarez was very professional, kind and informative. He did a terrific job on my carpets.
