Our cleaner, Matt, was punctual, hard working, and very helpful. He did his work quickly, suggested what we should do to keep the carpet clean, and did it all in a timely manner.

Reliable service
I've been using Zerorez since 2009, about every 1 1/2 to 2 years. Your service is always excellent, and the technicians do a wonderful job! The spot cleaning liquid and powder are so good at removing everyday stains. Will continue to use Zerorez.

I’ve had your work done in the past and seems to be inconsistent results depending on the cleaning crew. Some have done superb job while others not so well.
As in the past the tech was professional, informative came in and got the job done

After the carpet cleaning, it was totally clean and dried very quickly. No odor after cleaning. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I like that your product does not have harsh chemicals that leave residue on the carpet after it is cleaned. Also, once cleaned, it does not take long for the carpet to dry and can be walked on.
