I am very happy to the Zerorez technician’s work done for my carpet and stone cleaning

The appointment scheduler was polite and accurate and service followed as she had scheduled. Jeremy, the professional, called 20 minutes before he arrived, efficiently and thoroughly did his job. He was polite and informative. The carpet looks great.

Carpet came out great. Stayed wet/damp longer than we expected but after placing some fans on the floor the drying time seemed to speed up. I would recommend your company to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

This is the 6th time I have had Zerorez clean our carpets and the do a super job. Every time I think this will be the last time because they won't be able to get all the spots out they prove me wrong. Ramiro did an exceptional job. The service was thorough and he was very considerate of cleanliness in the home. The product did not leave an odor which was important for me. I noticed some carpets dried in a day. On the cheaper carpet, it is still drying going on 2 days with the humidity in the area. The carpets look much better and feel great. i would recommend.

Your service is not what it was when you first started over five years ago! Your technicians are nice and professional but don’t take the same amount of care and attention to detail. My carpet does not get as clean as it did the first time you cleaned. I won’t even use you for stone floors because I was so dissatisfied the second time you cleaned.

Great service and very nice technician

My house has many different levels and I have two full staircases and then a few more stairs after a landing/transitional area (change of direction). I was quoted a certain price for two rooms and two staircases but then had to pay $200 over what was originally quoted because the technician told my husband it was the equivalent of four stair cases! Had I been home at the time I would have called the company and disputed this new price! Your technician cleaned 38 stairs with 5 of those counted being transitions/landings. If a home staircase is typically in the 12-14 stair range = 24-28, how are 38 stairs total an additional two staircases??? I am very disappointed since this is the fourth or fifth time we have had ZEROREZ out to our house - same house - same staircases! I cannot recommend you or even consider using you again if this is not rectified!

I have used zerorez for years. I feel I was overcharged. I realize also that some areas are harder to clean but previously the technician made great efforts on certain stains and discussed their outcome with me. Not this time. Sorry. I felt overcharged and underserviced at top dollar.
