Zerorez changes the price at time of arrival on multiple occasions even after having a written quote. Zero Rez has records of scope of work and know what to expect, but still changes written quotes.

Zerorez equipment is unreliable. We have had three different occasions where equipment fails and caused us the consumer to accommodate.

I would not refer zero rez. I am giving zero rez a 0.

Also did not get stain out.

I like the way my carpets look when you're done. I also like that they are not soggy. I've never been disappointed with Zero Rez and have recommended them to my friends.

Lack of service. Lack of help. Please let me explain, I had a text conversation with someone who represented him self as the service representative I had in my home a few years ago. He was very nice, and did a good job, I felt comfortable with this individual. He did a very good job. I had asked about the ability of help moving furniture. That it was something I had to have help with if I was to make an appointment. The appointment was made, Jorge came out; who is this Jorge, he wasn't the technician I had before, Jorge told me that guy died. When Jorge saw my carpet he shook his head in disgust, please note, that this was in a high traffic area. Yes I know I have people and pets living in my home. Stuff happens! It's an older carpet, I don't expect miracles. I have stains even from the last guy, but I saw he really tried to pull as much as he could on each and every stain. But this time, I noted the lack of hustle or try. Jorge wouldn't even help me move a stick of furniture, at one point he wanted to reschedule, he walked away, I found him standing at his van. I a senior, with health issues, moved things so he could clean, He was done very fast. I paid by check, at this point I just wanted him gone. The next day when my contractor came in to do some work, He couldn't believe I had had my carpets cleaned already.

I had stain from using pet cleaner. It left residue and I had Zerorez come out to clean residue. It did the job and I am pleased.

The technicians are great. Rugs and furniture Stay clean for quite awhile. You can request your favorite technician.

Chris, who came to our home, did his best with the equipment provided to him. I believe he had inadequate equipment to do the job well. The buffer could not get on either side of the toilet, behind the door or where the floor meets the wall. I had to get on my hands and knees with a toothbrush and clean where the floor meets the wall. Also, Chris did not have any dry blankets to put down on our carpet to protect it from water. I had to put down six towels, which created a lot of laundry for me.
Amber, in the office in Irvine, allowed me to pay less than the estimate for the work.

The tech removed all stains and the older carpet looks almost new again. Zerorez is by far the best carpet cleaner.

In the past all Zerorez cleaning people have always moved my couches and other furniture this person had to be told and was irritated. Never experienced this in the past. Not sure if I’ll use your service again. Your employee tried to side step proper cleaning protocol. Very disappointed in your service. Not sure if I will use you again

From start to finish a FIRST CLASS job! Easy to make appointment to suit my schedule. Received call from Matt with time to arrive. Gave him directions (as this is a gated community). He followed them to a tee - and arrived at my door with a smile. Listened as I toured him and shared my concerns. Recommended protectant which had never been done before. I left the house and returned hours later to find a beautiful carpet and clean clean sofa. Perfection!

Technician is on time, efficient, and polite.

This was his first week being alone on the job after training. Very nice guy and polite too. He needs to work with a partner for a while more to get the experience he needs. He is bright and will be a huge asset if he get a little more OJT. He had to call office or another person for help on how to do a house with multiple areas of mixed carpet and tile. His truck was not fully stocked with furniture blocks and we used our furniture slides to keep legs off of wet carpets. Give this guy more training and he will be great.
