Products used are not harmful to people or animals. I love cones are used to protect corners. I also love towels are put down to absorb water. I also love they leave shoe protectors in case we have to walk on the wet floor.

The tech who came out to our house did a PHENOMENAL job! The man was an absolute miracle worker! He was very professional and thorough. He made sure to get all the pet stains treated before the main cleaning began and he did a excellent job. We would not hesitate to call to have our carpets cleaned again by this guy.
I like that you do not use soap to clean the carpet. The carpet came out very clean.

My carpet has a yellow tint and there are spots were there were no spots before. And spots that were there look worse.

The technician was nice but the cleaning did not clean our carpets very well. There was even a small spot of a fresh coffee stain ( I spilled the coffee the morning of our cleaning) that did not come out.
