Service was on time, quick, efficient and effective.
I think this was my 3rd or 4th cleaning. I said last yr I wasn’t going to use your service again because I was disappointed. But my husband told me to give a small business another chance.
My servicer was the nicest guy from Brooklyn. I told him I wasn’t happy with the service last year and requested another technician. He did a great job on the stair casing carpet. Better than last year. I then let him put on a protectant. But the master bedroom was a disappointment in that he didn’t move 2 chairs to clean . There were stains around them. As for my two family room chairs, which are located on the first floor, they were a disappointment. They are a white chenille and they still look dingy. So sad and so disappointed. But after closely inspecting the chairs, I could tell he spot cleaned them. They were dry in the areas I inspected after reclining them. I informed him that they were recliners XML and removed some covers I had made on one chair. He didn’t remove the other chair’s covering. How can you make it right you ask? I would like a visit from a supervisor and let him make his own observation; then, we can discuss expectations.

When we make an appointment and you agree to a specific technician and then fail to notify us you will be sending someone other than agreed , like telling us “ like it or lump it ! “ then after the fact , you want our complementary approval 🙉

I've always loved the detail Zerorez takes to protect the area when they arrive and give a full explanation of the treatment. My carpet is 25 years old and has survived years of children and pet stains in a heavily trafficked area. Rudy did such a good job and it looks beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with the results.
Aaron, our technician was excellent! He was professional and did a great job on the carpets.
My only issue is that the hidden service charge of $40 was never revealed to me when I originally made the appt. over the phone. I had my carpets cleaned by you previously and do not recollect this charge. Personally, I would like to know the charges ahead of time and not have costs slid in at the last moment.

Technician was on time, professional and courteous. Carpets are cleaned well - they look great. The technician explained why he recommended that one of our area rugs be cleaned at the warehouse, using a different method. I appreciated that he was careful not to damage the rug.
