I would love to send pictures of our stairs which are now discolored. Also the spinner broke while the tech was here and now I have to wait a week and a half to have the rest of the tile cleaned. I’m very disappointed.

You could have the man cleaning wear booties so he doesn't scuff the floors. Mjy floors are wood where there is no carpet and I had to redo them from all the footprints etc. He did a good job on the carpets and throw rugs.
