Overall the job was satisfactory. There is an area next to my recliner that is not good. I could not see it when the carpet was still wet, but when it dried it was obvious.

Carpet cleaner was very courteous and thorough.
I’ve been using Zerorez for the last 20 years and will always be only using zerorez. My recent service was in a rental and the technician, Will, was so thorough and was able to remove some bad stains and odors that I thought could never be removed. Both Will and Zerorez rescued us once again. Thank you!

I've consistently used Zerorez in NorCal and now SoCal. They are professional and always communicate quite well. And, they do a good job cleaning too!

I'd like to commend the most recent one especially, I believe his name was Jason? Exceptional. I felt comfortable inviting into my home and he was extremely pleasant and did a great job! Give him a raise! You want to keep an employee like him.

Sal was fantastic. He put out corner guards to protect my walls and blankets to protect my floors. He called ahead of time to give me an ETA. Sal is all around the best tech your company has to offer. Brian who took the call did fantastic too. All around great experience
