Quick and Reliable services
The technician, Rob Naas is a very pleasant young man and did an excellent job. We would like to have him back to clean our living room and family room after our kitchen remodel is complete.
My carpet was pre-checked by the technician with a black-light to show a host of hidden stains he said were either pet urine or old detergent. Based on this, I agreed to upgrade to an encapsulated pre-treatment before cleaning which almost doubled the cost. After cleaning the carpets do appear to be a little cleaner, but when I borrowed my neighbors Black-light the next morning, virtually ALL of the stains are still there and the cleaning did not seem to have any effect. Is the carpet cleaner, probably, but I was lead to believe that upgrading would remove these hidden stains. Also, i did not get the free Tile cleaning that was mentioned (and on the invoice), but I guess partly my fault for not asking about it at the time but was pre-occupied with the carpet. The service technician was nice enough and seemed to do a through job, but why point out stains and encourage additional treatment if it doesn't do anything
Very knowledgeable technician and very careful with interior of home so not to scratch walls etc... Excellent carpet cleaning results. Very professional. Like the communication when technician is on his way...

After the tech's left, my son came in from the garage with dirty socks. I got a brand new WHITE shop rag and went over the spots he walked. The rag remained white. Since I was there I went and tested a few other spots, concentrating on the high traffic spots, and the rag still remained white. I could not believe it. After the carpet dried, I got brand new white socks for my other son and to share and I walked around all day with them on the carpet and my socks remained white. Pretty cool for a carpet we've had for 17 years and is being put through two dogs and two kids- and two dogs before them!
No smells and no chemicals
Everything I was told ahead of time happened. I received a call the day before as a reminder. I was called by the tech at least a 1/2 hour before he came. The tech was thorough and answered all the questions I had. He was done in about an hour.
The tech who came out to my house was very honest and upfront with me and gave me a very good deal. I had trouble with cat urine and he went through a whole explanation of what happens with it and how they clean it up.
Very friendly, courteous, polite and informative guy came to do the work. He explained exactly what he was doing and why, and cheerfully answered any questions I had. The carpets look great!
